Embodiment Basics

This exercise is designed to help you practice getting out of your head and into your body. Just like anything else, the skill of relaxing gets better with practice. You may choose to do this exercise daily in the beginning or come back to it time to time when you are experiencing increased stress in your life.

Let It Go

This is our signature integrative breath exercise at the break. When we choose to hold on to things (big or small) they build up in our system. This build up turns acute stress (the kind of stress that is just part of life) into chronic stress (the kind of stress that can lead to disease, illness and pain in our bodies if left untreated). Clear your system, let go of what is weighing you down, and breathe a little bit deeper after this short, but powerful, breathwork exercise.

After going non stop all day, you can’t wait to lay down and finally relax. Only when you do, suddenly to find your mind is racing. You start replaying the events of the day, wondering if you could have done more, been more patient, more productive, more assertive. Give yourself a break and release the day behind you. Allow your mind to slow down with this relaxing breathwork designed specifically to help you fall asleep more easily.
